Ocean Walk at North Campus is our newest faculty housing community at the University of California, Santa Barbara. It has been created under the authority of The Regents for the purpose of providing affordable workforce housing for faculty. Situated on approximately 26.3 acres, Ocean Walk at North Campus is an ideal location about 2 miles from the main Campus at the University Of California, Santa Barbara and just a short stroll (1/3 mile) to the sandy beaches of the Pacific Ocean. Ocean Walk provides a communal atmosphere with its multiple amenities including a recreation center, tot lot, gym, walking trails, and much more!
